A Thought on Depression, Anxiety & Stress

Yeah, it’s literally a thought.

But a big thought.

❤️

A tender, intense big sister thought -- from someone who’s been there -- in depression, anxiety, super stress, and a lot of the really hard things.

Of course I can’t say I’ve lived through what you’re living through (if it’s feeling really hard right now), but I can say I’ve been to places I never thought I’d get out of.

This one’s for you. 🤗💕
